There are features that a recruiter pays attention to first of all. Don't make a long list (and boring) with all your qualities (e.g., disciplined, creative, problem solver) try to connect them with real life and work experiences. In other words, you need to back these qualities and strengths up, else it will appear that you are just trying to inflate things. Yes, it's hard to describe. So the ResumeGets command rewrite my cv. The resume from ResumeGets was better than I wrote myself. |
